September 30 - October 9, 2011

Wind your way through some of the finest yarn shops in the Southeast.  Explore the treasures and uniqueness of each of the Charlotte area yarn shops.

Pick up your Yarn Crawl Passport from one of the participating shops.  Visit 10 shops and leave your stamped passport with the last shop for your chance at the Grand Drawing.  Didn't visit that many?  Leave your card.  We have plenty of other drawings.

Every-Day Specials

All week we'll be hosting a special display of Sue Dial created products!  Sue spins her own yarn and makes a variety of buttons, shawl pins and other beautiful accessories!

Gambler's Sale!  Specially marked items with increasing discounts throughout the week.  Will it still be here when the discount hits 50%?  Do you feel lucky?

Prize Drawing at Check Out!  Customers will draw for a guaranteed prize of either books, yarn, patterns or a discount on their entire purchase of between 10% and 50%!

Prize Entry!  All purchases will qualify you for a special drawing after Yarn Crawl for a selection of prizes from Baskets of Yarn!

Class Discounts! We have put a lot of our most popular classes on the schedule following the Crawl. If you sign up and pay for a class during the Crawl, we will give you 10% off the class price.

Charity Yarn buy-back!  We will purchase your undesirable yarn, giving you the opportunity to clean out your yarn cupboard or get rid of that nasty gift yarn from your mother-in-law!  Each pound of yarn will recieve $1 in store credit to be used on anything in the store!  All yarn will be used for charity projects, donated to charitable knitting groups or recycled!  The Yarn Buy-Back will run through October 15th if you want to come back after the Crawl!

Join us on Saturday and you can also enjoy the 8th Annual Plaza Midwood-Chantilly Chili Cook-Off!  The chili cooking and sampling runs until 3pm, then the party really gets started!  More info is available at www.pmccookoff.com

Please note that the parking lot will be blocked off on Saturday.  Please park on the other side of the building and enter the shop by the side entrance in the alley.

Sunday 10/9, 10am - 5pm

On Sunday we'll be hosting special classes with Sue Dial!  See our class schedule for more info!  Depending on the condition of the parking lot we may still be using the side entrance!
